Characteristics of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
HG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is suitable for medium and large sand and mineral processing plants, this equipment is used to crush #2, 3, or 4 size of mineral, rock and bedrock materials. The material enters the crushing chamber through the upper hopper, then be crushed and discharged from the lower hopper.

Advantages of Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher
1. The equipment can crush relatively hard rock, various shapes of chambers can be formed by changing the different liner plates, so it can be used in many cases. The medium crusher is equipped with the large-capacity hopper which can be used for 2-stage crushing (uniform coarse particles).
2. The reasonable crushing frequency, eccentricity and crushing rate allow the pulverized material to maintain a good shape in the hopper.
3. The optimized design of the liner plate reduces the consumption of steel, combined with high-efficiency crushing and unloading operations, the production cost is effectively reduced.
4. The hopper can be steplessly adjusted by button control, is easy to operate.
